Great Product, Unfortunately Off Color
The product itself was of superb quality, and I think it would work wonders for more common colors such as white, red, black, etc... My car was a 2018 Chevy Cruze Kinetic Blue, so the color from the touch up was slightly of lighter color. It's a hard color to match, so I understand. Overall, the scratches would probably seem unnoticeable if the color did match, and their product is of great value compared to the price. You can see the before and after on my car. The customer service is great, and they let me get a full refund due to the color. Will buy again if I ever need one for a more common body color touch up.

Eins gleich vorweg ein Zauber Mittel ist das nicht aber mit etwas Geschick und viel Geduld bekommt man ein gutes Ergebnis hin. Mich interessiert eigentlich nur die Farbe . Den Reiniger kann man auch noch verwenden wax interessiert mich weniger genau so wie das Zubehör. Ich fülle die Kratzer mit der Farbe auf in mehreren Schichten lasse das richtig aushärten und Polier das dann mit einer Poliermaschine bis das Ergebnis stimmt . Wer sich die Zeit nimmt 3 Stunden und mehr der bekommt damit auch ein gutes Ergebnis hin.

It covered everything, but looks only ok.
Enough quantity wise of everything, but the instructions were hard to follow and the buffer solution didn't seem to do much. It looks like a just blobbed paint on scratches.

Works as advertised, but...
If your paint chip is really deep, like mine was (see photos) you will need to apply multiple coats to get the touch up paint to be above your car's paint. Then use provided utensils to polish off extra to level the chipped area with your car's paint and voila! I've never had this kind of success with other products. Remember, touch up paint needs to be on same level with your car's paint otherwise it will be an obvious repair.

The package comes with the colour of my car and other stuff. The colour is the same as the factory colour of my car. It also comes with an instruction manual that shows you to touch up the paint. It is very useful to fix small scratches in your car. Highly recommend!
Lower your expectation, and accept the imperfection.
Personal opinion:
If you need a perfect result, don't buy this, go to a body shop, there is no perfect solution without sanding, filling, using computer matched paint and spaying for several layers.
If you're looking for a solution to cover the small damage, this kit is very good, it provides you with everything you need to do it back home, include the cleaning solution, touching up paint and the paste for final buffering.
I had no experience in doing touch-up paint, but still managed to achieved the result I'm satisfied with (with really LOW expectation). I didn't do sanding first, because I don't want to cause more damage to the paint, instead, I applied few layers (wait for 10 minutes between each), then use the paste in the kit to buffer it out. In the instruction, they did say if your car is very new, the color is likely mismatched (the paint is more likely made for aged paint), which is my case, you can definitely tell it's "too white" in certain angle, but it's barely visible from few feet away, and most importantly, it covers the metal and prevents the further rusting, I'm satisfied with the result.

Accurate representation of a good product
For context I had about a 15cm long deep scratch that clearly showed the metal. In my experience, this product worked to my expectations based on the description of the product. Needless to say it does require a minimum amount of skill and patience.
The colour out of the box is a 99% match. In my experience with this product it dried a slightly darker blue when applied too thick. This was easily removed using the solution included.
Please see the before and after photos attached. I can no longer feel the scratch with my finger and it has been adequately repaired.
Finally, I would recommend this product for the application stated above. However, if you have not done paint repairs before, limit your expectations.

Very impressive
I was very skeptical but the quality and presentation of the kit is very impressive. Also the paint went on smoothly and the finish is amazing, I recommend.
Extremely close match to original paint.
I like that it arrived 6 days early. The paint is extremely close to original paint on my car. I like the extra items that came in the box, but I would like the option to buy the touch paint alone. I will definitely buy again once this one runs out. As you can see in the pic I only used a small amount. A second drop might get rid of the small divot completely. I touched up several other scratches and nicks, but didn't take pictures.
Works as described
I was feeling skeptical at first due to the mixed results described in the reviews. However, this worked exactly as described; the application was straightforward and fast, the color match was perfect (make sure to polish and wax afterwards), and I can hardly find the blemish after the touch up. The only difference is that the texture will not match perfectly and there will be a dent where the paint was chipped and refilled. I added before and after photos with a circle drawn around the chip
good color match, for better results needs additional tools
color match was almost perfect, my deep scratches required 4 layers to match color height without applying to much paint. I used additional non included tools and technique in order to avoid edges in my relative large area of paint. its a great product with very good match.
